The Curiosity Cabinet

Each month a Black church member or recent graduate displays work in the The curiosity cabinet, an alternative exhibition venue. It is essentially a display box on a busy pedestrian thoroughfare beside the entrance to the Black Church Print studio at 4 Temple Bar. It is about bringing artwork onto the streets and getting passers by who otherwise may not venture into a gallery space to view work.

I have been selected to display work for February/ March and I will be showing a two channel video piece called 'House' shot in Moore Hall, Co Mayo. It will run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for the two month period.
